Weddings, birthdays and milestone celebrations, corporate events, private dinners and gatherings, styled photoshoots and filming. Every event needs the Venue's approval in advance.

Yes. The estate can be booked for an overnight stay together with your event. The number of overnight guests is set in your agreement.

A non-refundable retainer reserves your date and is applied to your total. The remaining balance is due before your event, on the schedule in your agreement.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected before your event. It is returned within 10 business days after the event and final inspection, less any costs for damage, extra cleaning or unpaid charges.

ACH or wire transfer is preferred. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Cash is not accepted for balances, and all payments are in U.S. dollars.

You can reschedule once, subject to availability and a fee, if you ask at least 30 days in advance. Refunds for cancellations depend on how early you cancel; the retainer is non-refundable. Your agreement has the exact terms.
