Good to know before you plan
- Approval
- Every event needs the estate’s approval in advance.
- Reserving a date
- A non-refundable retainer reserves your date and is applied to your total.
- Music
- Music, including DJs and live bands, ends at 11:00 PM unless another time is agreed in writing.
- Vendors
- You can bring your own vendors with the estate’s approval. Each needs liability insurance.
- Bar
- Alcohol is served by a licensed and insured bartender or caterer only.
- Tours
- Visits are by appointment. Call or email to schedule one.
Staying for the weekend?
You can add an overnight stay to your event. They are two separate bookings, each with its own terms.
- An event booking does not include a stay unless your event agreement says so. The agreement also sets how many guests may stay overnight.
- A stay booked on Airbnb does not reserve the estate for an event.
